Vision

To build empowered, self-reliant, healthy, educated, and environmentally responsible communities through sustainable development initiatives among poor, marginalized, tribal, and rural populations.

Mission

To promote holistic human development through education, sustainable livelihoods, health care, environmental protection, women's empowerment, youth development, disability inclusion, and community participation.

Annual Objectives

Key priorities guiding TVMSSS programmes for the year 2026–2027.

Improve educational opportunities for poor and marginalized children.
Enhance livelihood opportunities for vulnerable families.
Promote health, sanitation, hygiene, and nutrition.
Empower women, widows, youth, and persons with disabilities.
Prevent substance abuse and support youth rehabilitation.
Encourage environmental conservation and climate resilience.
Develop unused diocesan lands through tree planting and ecological restoration.
Strengthen community institutions and local leadership.

  • Sanitation awareness in 10 villages
  • Community toilet construction where required

👩 Women Empowerment

  • Strengthening 20 Self-Help Groups
  • Entrepreneurship training
  • Financial literacy programmes
  • Leadership development workshops

🕊 Young Widows

  • Formation of support groups
  • Livelihood assistance
  • Counselling and psychosocial support
  • Entrepreneurship and leadership training
  • Target: 100 young widows

♿ Disability Inclusion

  • Identification and support of persons with disabilities

  • Plantation of 25,000 Palmyra seeds

  • Development of 50–100 acres of diocesan land
